Since the Bible has had throughout its long history so many editors who altered the original writing of its various books, we imagined the Bible as a long-running newspaper with editorial cartoons. So we present a series of tongue-in-cheek cartoons, lyrics (one set to a music score), etc. that might have appeared before (and after) the books of the Bible were selected and finally canonized. The reader is urged to return occasionally to this light-hearted series which may grow as the creative urge continues. Enjoy.
