Introduction

After reading the contents of both Biblelore and Koranlore, and the history of Jews, Christians and Muslims, there can be little doubt that religion is the bane of mankind. Bane is defined in Webster's 3rd New International Dictionary as poison; death, destruction; curse.*

Indeed religion has wrought more death and destruction on mankind than anything else in recorded history. Thus it is with this theme that we add a new feature to this website biblelore.com to encompass a number of issues that concern this 21st century, including:

the threat to humanity that the religion of Islam poses to all non-believers;

what conversion would mean to those who submit to Islam;

what refusal to submit would mean to non-believers;

the myth that Muhammad was a benevolent man of peace;

and the willingness of Western societies to meet the demands by Muslim immigrants of accommodation to their cultural differences.

The myths of the Bible must not be neglected either, so these will be discussed as well, for they have had a damaging influence on those who have had to live under its sway.
